Crosby will rightfully retire as a Penguin. However, trade him to the Jets let him finish out with a team that could very well compete for the Stanley Cup. Crosby has done everything he could possibly do with the Pens and the Pens owe him a decent way to head into retirement.

I dont think they are flying by the seat of their pants at all. Watch what Dubas actions are, not what he says. Penguins are in rebuild mode right now. All he's done is get picks and traded players that are UFA for more picks. This team is built to lose and get a high pick.
