  2. Glad we won but Im still fucking pissed about that goaltender interference call. Benson aways gets called for nothingness like this all the time and the NHL just refuses to get out of their own way and I doubt any one knows what goaltender interference actually is in the NHLs eyes

  29. I’m happy with how the team played. Their good games seem to not be flukes now, but rather what we should expect when they play to their ability and the system Ruff has implemented.

    As for the disallowed goal, I think the league, from the refs to those reviewing the calls in Toronto, has no consistent interpretation for what is or is not goaltender interference. So, from night to night, it seems to swing wildly.

    Or, it’s betting and we’re all fucked.

  32. Just wanna say ESPN+ exclusive games are dumb for a league like the NHL. Every single game should be local.

  37. Had to stop listening to the espn brodcast at points, found it better to listen to an out of sync sabres radio broadcast instead.

  38. The referees this game were horrible. The interference call was complete garbage, and tons of missed calls in the 3rd.

    It took a guy barreling into Levi to finally get a penalty. Awful.

  39. Couple of refs and/or Toronto video review staff gonna have some awkward convos with either their wives, bookies or both after the Sabres won.

  43. Getting ahead of myself but the crowd was awesome tonight. Thursday night game?! Felt very full and very loud. I need these players to keep playing well enough to deserve peak Sabres fans craziness.

    I could not imagine our team executing that pre OT delayed penalty kill under Dan Granato

  46. I can proudly say I was sitting right behind the penalty box and I made eye contact with a ref and gave him the middle finger, which he witnessed. He gave me a sour look as well. Was nice.
