I always get a city edition jersey every year, and usually I like to get a benchwarmer or obscure player for the Hawks. I have a tough choice here between Lundy and Roddy. Hopefully y’all can help me decide.

The argument for Lundy:
Hawks actually drafted him, he’s a shooter like myself in pickup, and he went to Penn State, where a lot of my family has gone.

The argument for Roddy:
He actually plays minutes, has been super impactful for us off the bench, has a higher chance of staying in the league for longer (although that doesn’t matter to me as much), and he’s a burly dude like myself. You don’t find many burly NBA players and as a chubby guy, I love seeing them have success.

Let me know what y’all think, and any arguments either way would be very helpful 🤙

  1. No dice? Easy choice this year. Probably have vit? I’ve thought a lot about getting a solo jersey for old times but couldn’t do it. Honestly I’d grab Keaton Wallace before Roddy or Lundy. Kobe before them, but if you’re sold on these two I’m going Roddy over Lundy

  2. If i had to bet, Roddy is the one we’d had fond memories of years down the road. Like remember David Roddy?!?!?! But not in a negative way either

Also I love the idea of buying role player jerseys I might steal this

  3. Lundy Wallace Nance Garrison are prolly better options imo. No offense to Roddy but the man’s ass, Quinn REALLY didn’t wanna play nance at the 4 but he’s had to the past couple games bc Roddy is just THAT BAD at defense. Like he’s easily worse than Trae on that end which is an insane thing I’m able to say with full confidence

  4. I vote Lundy. He’s actually had some solid performances with us/Skyhawks. Roddy definitely is obscure, but he also just is really bad, so he’s not obscure in a cool way.

  5. Do you have both versions of the home Kirk Hinrich hawks jersey? If not I think I got you beat.
