  1. on third down, they are going to drop whitehead down to the linebacker spot and play Edwards andWinfield deep halves, still should have signed another receiving threat a lot of this is on the GM because when we were healthy, we were bawling out of control

  2. Happy b-day, we wish you many more. With that out of the way Edwards is a good move, now all they need to do is offer Barrett a mc donalds gift card and league min and he will round out the set… Maybe finish the season with a D ranked below 31, cause the Buc's overall D is ranked 31st in the league right now.

  3. Bucs have been in a lot of high scoring close games. Rotating at safety could prevent late game fatigue. Plus, Winfield Jr. is a solid pass rusher. In 3rd and long situations… put Edwards and Whitehead in the backfield, then blitz Winfield Jr.

Obviously, they need 2 Linebackers. But it you can't get Linebackers, you gotta run more nickle and dime. The Bucs have too many injuries to run consistent nickle and dime packages. That's why there's so many communication break downs. The coverage packages look different every week depending on who's healthy.

  4. 4:40 – it won't take him long. Bowles will just tell him to make sure every WR has at least 5-10yds of open space before you attempt to tackle him. Wide receivers need to be wide open, obviously.πŸ˜‚

    Edit: Happy birthday πŸŽ‚

  5. Put Whitehead at MLB on obvious passing downs. Think about it. Then you have three safeties who can do multiple things.

I am not a fan of D. White, but why not bring him back as a designated pass rusher too.

  6. Edwards didn't even play a down for the Titans last week after signing last Tuesday. I think the Bucs and Titans worked this out so the Bucs could claim Edwards.

  7. I have been screaming for Jason to make moves and even though this is cool for nostalgia purposes, I’m a sit back and wait and see if this has any impact at all to be honest.

  8. He can play db trust me he straight lockdown bro I watch bro catch a one handed catch on Davonte Adam’s bro and took it the other way for six almost ion care what u mean bru cause we got Mike back

  9. Mike Edwards is a decent player. Third round selection in 2019 he has lived up to his draft pick when Jason Licht picked him. He is solid, not spectacular. HIs stats including all the teams he has played for (KC in 2023, Buffalo and Tennessee this season) are Total tackles: 236, Sacks: 3.0, Forced fumbles: 1, Fumble recoveries: 5, Pass deflections: 26, Interceptions: 8, Defensive touchdowns 4. Again, solid but not going to raise the performance of the defense substantially – he will be good as a fill in when someone is tiring at safety.
