1. I usually watch when Mavericks games are on. I might be alone in this, but I genuinely get more enjoyment out of watching Luka play defense than watching him play offense.

2. Clearly Lukas fault and I love the announcer say “perfectly drawn up” like he didn’t just dribble and make 1 pass lol

But this is just more lack of attention to details and effort. A tiny bit more attn to detail and effort and you're riding a 5 game win streak and 9-3. But they're 5-7 b/c lack of awareness, odd lineups, poor team rebounding, and Luka's effort on defense + some bad shot selection

29. Honestly his defense so far this season has been pretty bad. The last two or three seasons I thought he was doing better, putting in more effort, getting some nice plays. It's only 12 games in so far, but this season ain't looking so good on that front.
    I checked his stats and for what it's worth his defensive BPM is a fair bit down. On those 12 games so far, it comes out to his worse DBPM of his NBA career (compared to all his previous full seasons).
