Wake me up when there’s actual development. If he wants to play this season I’d say he better be hitting the ice quite regularly.

Ok realistic question for the brethren here – where would he slot assuming a fully healthy lineup?

If you had told me there would be a second time in my life Avs fans were going to watch a beloved superstar Swede continue to fight against their failing body and attempt to comeback for years off and on, well I’d tell you that’s not very funny. Landeskog, come through!
Update I’d like to see:
Landeskog skating this morning in full-contact sweater.
If I see that, I’m calling in to work and taking a boner-day.
I can skate too. Doesn’t mean I’m playing nhl level hockey
“Landy has joined practice” notification gonna heal generations
Random thought I had the other day: Sakic hurt his back and then played meat grinder with a snow blower to end his career, and now Landy takes Makar’s skate to the leg, sacrificed it the following season for Lord Stanley and now we’re just waiting on a miracle.
Foote/Hejduk not included, what’s with the weird injuries to our captains? One of which ended a career, the other could possibly do the same.

Down vote me but why are we so pessimistic about a landy return? I’ll admit I’ve lost some faith too but I’m pulling for him to return. Sure he’s not doing much skating but skating is skating and didn’t he skate last week? It ain’t much it’s progress

Saw him join a drill and he was really moving
