Man shut up. Herbert stats are pedestrian. They win when he throw 16 passes. Harbs can win with any qb
I said if Jim Harbaugh led this Chargers team to the postseason in his first season I would put him in the top 3 of coaches in the league right now because I was SO LOW on the Chargers roster coming into the season. I thought at best they would become a playoff team next season. But the entire culture shit he has brought to them is unreal. Dude is just a phenomenal coach
i would buy a harbaugh jersey tho
Ummmm how about also Jesse Minter
Herbert's stats are lower than normal because he's been playing in a new offense, his best receiver is a second round slot receiver, his tight end is will dissly who dropped a touchdown last game and Herbert was injured until about two weeks ago when he looks almost back to normal. With a healthy Herbert and harbaugh this team could beat anybody. Just worried about their interior oline and need a better pass catching tight end and they would be favored in almost every game
I actually predicted the chargers were going to win the division this year. Iam probably wrong on this one, but I wasn't that far off, maybe by a year. The chargers have been super unlucky and the chiefs have been very lucky. I do see the chargers beating the chiefs next time though.
One of your best videos. Yea I’m 1000% with you on coaching and about the chargers. Jctslice was one of the first on the chargers doing well
I've said this a million times Jim Harbaugh wins wherever he goes he improved Stanford when he was there before he went to San Francisco he improved San Francisco within a season of being there he was winning in San Francisco with a garbage quarterback in Colin Kaepernick goes to Michigan and instantly turns them into a contender and when's the national championship he will win a Super Bowl coaching the Chargers Mark these words
I believe and I live in San Ysidro San Diego
A good coach and average players will get you into the playoffs and maybe get you a win. An average coach and good players will have you fighting for the spot the last week of the season and MAYBE you get in
100% coaching matters, and this team will have a Super Bowl win within 3 years.
Who are you ? Your bragging about being right never seen you before but welcome to the train 🚂 hop on board kid
As a life long san diegan born here in 66 an'dhuge charged fan, I'd like to officially change the team name to the CHHARGERS Because of Harbaugh & Herbert. I am so stoked that my wife and i were watching the game as usual and watched live as Herbert was put in the game that fateful day when whats his name had his lung puntured and watch Herbert take off! Now will harbaugh we are having the most fun since Rivers, L.T. and Gates were in. And this is even better!
There was not another candidate that could come in and reverse the entire culture of the franchise on Day 1 like Jim Harbaugh, and everything he has done has been great so far. His staff hires, when he said about viewing offensive lineman as weapons after drafting Alt, the way he coaches up Justin, and most importantly of all- his zero ego during interviews. He always deflects praise and talks about his players, how they had already set the culture before he came (even if it wasn't.) Everyone on the team is fired up playing for him.
The only change to the chargers defense this year is Harbaugh and 4 new players. Lol
I love how Harbaugh's success is exposing how truly bad Staley and Turner were/are.
It's also hilarious how many people seem surprised that coaching matters even at the elite level.
There's a reason teams like Mater Dei and De La Salle are so good year after year. Good coaching. My high school team was really good DESPITE the cosching. We would have been elite with decent coaching. That difference translates right down the line, even to the NFL. If you have a bunch of guys on an NFL team, and judt ONE guy doesn't buy in on a single play each series, everything blows up. The margins in NFL play are too tight. If a guy half-asses a block, it can decide whether a linebacker tackles for a loss or the play goes for a TD. It happens all the time. When coaches are inauthentic or show favoritism or don't treat players with respect or exhibit TEAM in their own actions, guys aren't going to give all they have. Sure, they're pros, but they're also humans. They're men with egos and emotions whose lives are defined by the game. When something negative happens and a coach doesn't desl with it correctly, it has a domino effect. Norv Turner absolutely destroyed the Chargers, and his anti-Harbaugh effects lasted for years afterward. Look at how they've handled Lamar Jackson in Baltimore (always building him up and creating situations for him to succeed) and compare that with how the Bears have handled Caleb Williams (showing hesitancy, failing to help him navigate being in the NFL, giving up) and the previous Chargers regime hamdled Derwin James and Quentin Johnston. Who wants to play for a coach who throws them under the bus? The Chargers team this year is a collection of last year's players, well-priced free agents who are team-first, and draft picks minus a couple of marquee wideouts. But now they win. That's not because the players suddenly changed. It's because the new coaching staff gives a fuck. And the players know it.

A perfect example was at the trade deadline when Harbaugh was asked about acquiring another player, especially picking up another receiver. Harbaugh said that was up to Hortiz, if he saw a deal yhat could help the team, and that he was happy with the receivers they have. Pass off the front-office stuff to the front office, and NEVER, EVER sell out your team. Even if Harbaugh wanted a completely different receiving corps (he's said from the beginning that he likes the guys he has), there's only one right answer to that question.
This is why Minter must stay as a coordinator, he's simply not made out to be a HC.
I was a huge fan of QB Harbough when he played for the Chargers.
The trophy is named after a coach. I don’t really know what you’re talking about. People who watch the games know. The media is dishonest and the pundits don’t watch all the games.
Agree 100%. You’re the man! New subscriber! ✌️👍⚡️⚡️⚡️

Actually people are buying harbaughs jersey.. lol
I love how he adds details to his make believe play.
They're beating bad teams with losing record
It all comes down to the interior offensive line, if they play the way they did against Sweat and Simmons last week we’re going to go far this season. Salyer in particular was a revelation, he deserves to start over Pipkins. Idk what happened to him between the Pittsburgh game and Tennessee but he got a LOT better.
Gurentee you they give up 40 in the playoffs
3:19 Justin Herbert, is a very Good QB, he has a 5k passing season, without a star WR
5:52 OBVIOUSLY true of Andy Reid, was a good offensive coach leaving Philly, Patrick mahomes placed him in 🐐 Status and vice versa now that PM15 has back2back SBWINS
But as a CHIEFS FAN, Chargers , are scary i can see them winning a few afc west divisions chips moving forward
8:52 Tom become elite under Bill Belichick, system! Tom was basically just a guy in college AS a 3rd string QB
8:54 Andy Reid, was widely considered a Good coach, Drafted an already Good QB PM15. Bill Belichick good defensive coach, ended up Drafting a below avg rookie QB now the 🐐
