8. He was still recovering from that knee injury and CLEARLY did not perform up to his own standards, let alone Mike’s or the team’s. His decision to retire instead of getting cut mid season lets him leave with SOME dignity still intact, it lets us off the hook for his 6mil contract, and let’s Olu get a long overdue starting opportunity. I bet this was a discussion for how to move forward between him, Mike and John since the start of the bye week. Seeing it end this way doesn’t bother me at all.

15. Lol Schneider had a horrific off season. Dodson cut, Baker traded, Williams retires, Brown has been bad, Tomlinson has been bad, Jenkins hasn't made a difference…holy moly.
