  4. Honestly, hindsight is 2020 I would not have brought Joe. Ed, I originally thought Joe was going to really come in and embrace being the backup and it doesn't appear that he's doing so Joe knows what a f**** backup is supposed to be. He's an assistant coach and if he isn't willing to do that. Why the f*** is he here?
