  1. Then Justins phone/icloud got hacked and everyone found out she wasn’t the only one fucking Justin lol.

  2. It’s still properly salty to me….and I will always salute a players wife that comes out like that.

  3. There were a few guys who had a case that year in the AL but 32 BBs in 33 starts for Porcello is one of my favorite stats ever. He was fun to watch that year.

  4. Honestly, based on the reaction by Kate and Verlander, I’m glad he didn’t get it. What petty assholes.

  5. Fun fact, Ted Williams lost the 1947 MVP by a single point to Joe DiMaggio because one writer left Williams completely off the ballot. (It was the second time in his career Williams won the Triple Crown but wasn’t the MVP.) In his autobiography, Williams blamed a Boston writer named Mel Webb (who had died by this point), saying Webb snubbed him out of spite because Williams was famously unfriendly with the writers.

Unfriendly or not, Williams was incensed that a writer from Boston wouldn’t even give him a last-place vote in a year he won the Triple Crown. Webb’s reputation was forever tarnished.

But it turns out Webb hadn’t actually voted for MVP that year so he wasn’t the one to leave Williams off the ballot!
