    Last year it was Lamar with his very pedestrian 24 passing TDs for the whole year and the narrative was, stats don’t show a complete portrait of how valuable a player is to his team.
    Fine. How bout this then
    Burrow is clearly a better thrower of the football. There's a reason Lamar hasn't had postseason success. In the playoffs you have to throw the ball in tight windows to win, Lamar hasn't really done that with any consistency. Look at burrow's last TD throw. He threw over two ravens and had to drop it in the exact right spot to Chase. Show me a time where Lamar makes difficult throws like that? Every time Lamar makes a play that wows people, it’s usually with his legs. See my point?
    He's good and a headache to deal in the pocket because of his legs. He also doesnt have Burrow’s poise under pressure, burrow consistently makes accurate throws with pressure in his face. I don’t think Lamar could deal with the defensive pressure burrow faces and make accurate throws.
    Lamar has the best back in the league so far. He doesn’t need to throw it that often, usually when he does, you see a different Lamar. Dude is good, all I’m saying is that he’s not an elite thrower of the football. Burrow has Chase, Higgins (who's been out for half of the games they've played) no running game, bad defense, bad coaching. Lamar has flowers, good tight end, best running back in the league, the secondary is near the bottom but their run defense is still number 1. And Lamar has good coaching. The ravens makes things easier on Lamar , whereas the bengals have made things harder on burrow this year. Burrow has had the harder path, he's clearly better.

If the Chiefs go Undefeated & Ravens are 12-5. Idk how you can't give a chief the award. If the Bills go 14-3 Allen should get it over Lamar. Also if Derrick Henry breaks the rushing record he has to be in the convo. Henry is on pace to Rush for 1800 Yards with 20 TD on only 18 Carries per game. Could you imagine his numbers if he was getting 25 Carries like he should.
