Not the most in-depth article in the world but I like hearing from him. It’s probably because he stands in such stark relief to the first rounder that came a year prior but I’ve always rooted for his success. Kid’s got such a huge heart and a great head on his shoulders, I just wish he had the success to match.
The article does try to presage some on-field success, and while I want that badly for him, the fact that he was cut by one of the worst teams in the league and now bounces between active roster and practice squad for another one of the worst teams in the league probably suggests his days are numbered. Would love to be wrong but if I’m not, I really hope he finds purpose in life after football.
