  1. It’s kinda sad tbh, he should be in the HOF but I have a feeling he won’t get in because of everything that happened at the tail end of his career.

  2. It’s good to see he’s doing better after all the public struggles over the last few years. Didn’t his house burn down a while ago? And his wife divorced him after catching him cheating and holding him at gunpoint, and then he got arrested for repeatedly violating his ex’s protective order, and then his ex-wife’s boyfriend stole millions of dollars from him? Oh, and people continue mocking him for the fact that his brother was also with a girl when he was caught cheating, but supposedly they were really in different rooms with different women. That story never died though.

He said a bunch of weird stuff in this interview. Like he still believes he would be the best safety in the NFL today at 35 years old. He thinks Baltimore should retire his jersey, even though he only played one season there? And he doesn’t know why teams refused to re-sign him after the 2019 incident; the reason is because people were worried about his mental health.

I do agree that back in 2020 he was still a very good safety and probably should have gotten a chance somewhere. But it’s been years now and he seems to be in denial about how things went down. Anyway, good to see him looking well and being positive at least. It would be cool to see him get into coaching, but realistically that’s going to require starting at a lower level, which is a grind, and proving he has a track record of stability.
