Genuine question, can we trust Stroud to air it out? I’ve never felt like he was great at throwing it deep, with the exception of when Collins is there to catch it.

Well Ryans did say he wants Stroud to go out there and play fast and loose and let it rip. But Slo is also right, the execution was very bad in that Lions game, and a lot of it being on Stroud (and Mason). But his excessive run calls are inappropriate. And Mixon is also very right.
Armed with this hindsight, I would go back in time and slap the poop out of myself for wanting Bobby to stay
Slowik should have been fired after losing to the jets or lions. Both teams handle us wins on a silver platter
It’s a combination of things. The blocking by the line is a problem and can make any OC look bad, and at the same time Sowik’s scripting/sequencing frequently puts us in bad spots. I think some plays (especially screens) are poorly designed but it’s always harder to say for sure because you never know for sure how the play was meant to go.Â
