Kidding mostly, but was inspired by other people’s posts talking about missing physical tickets.

I had this ticket in my pocket during game 1 and some guy saw it and offered me $50 bucks for it after the Freddie walk off. Would rather have the physical memory over the money any day.

  1. Keep it.

Most of us yearn to save paper/physical tickets as a memory bank for sporting memories to look back on. Especially with how everything in society is going all digital/app/delivery and making it harder to preserve a moment in history for us.

  2. I’m incredibly jealous! That’s the best game I’ve ever experienced in person and I reallyyyyy miss physical tickets. I agree with everyone saying to frame it!

  3. Man I miss paper tickets. This is a great souvenir that I would 100% frame with a photo of Freddy walking it off.

  4. Back in 2013 after the games everyone would just throw their paper tickets on the floor..I would scoop up as many as I could and eventually used them (lol) for my scrapbook or as Xmas ornaments (sigh)

  5. Wow, a physical ticket. Do they have the ones with like player photos on it, or do they even make those anymore?

  6. Damn. I was there but didnt get a physical ticket…and you cant access it after using. downside of the digital era Lol

  7. Find out when freddie is doing a signing. They do them for charity often. Get him to sign the thing. Have someone to the side taking a picture of him signing it with you in the frame. Then you have something special

  8. I was at 2018 WS Game 3 (longest world series game in history) and its digital only lol

I wish I had that as a stub instead. Shame that the digital age is making it obsolete.

  9. Wtf how did you get that? I asked so many employees and they said they haven’t had them since covid
