6. Rizzi has the passion and leadership that D.A. was lacking, especially on the sideline. Rizzi fights with the refs for his guys, he's not scared to chew some ass out when guys make mistakes and he shows passion and excitement when the guys make big plays. I wouldnt mind making him the H.C for at least a year to see what he can do, as long ad it's not a long leash like D.A. had where they made excuses and drawn out his time. Give him a year and male it known, we love what you have done with the moral, locker room and practices so we are gonna give you an oppurtunity to show us what you got when it's your program for a year.
