  1. Embiid did give us all he had .. hes played and been through a lot .. but they sld shut him down for the year let him get his mental and physical right ..

  2. If he sits out such he's a bum. If he plays sick he's a bum. If he dominated the regular season but only gets to the 2nd round he's a bum. If he prioritizes the post season over the regular season he a bum. Point is, either way no one is satisfied.

  3. First off no one is trading for a guy with bum knees and a 200mil contract. Second u guys say ta trade him every year n ur never better without him. I for one wish that he was traded a long time ago. Peak Embiid with Jimmy Butler in Miami is a guaranteed chip. Instead he ran his body into the ground for this unappreciative bunch. Better hope he can go back to dropping 40 while limping around cuz ur stuck with each other

  4. So he says he's taking a step back to empower the new guys? Look around Jo, there's no real basketball talent on this roster. This is a fringe playoff team at best with zero chance of making it out of the second round. Really the most uninspired team of washed vets they put around you, how can't he see that. Morey needs to shut it down for the year, trade everything you can that isn't Embiid, Maxey, and McCain for actual assets and picks. Pray you get lucky with the lottery and draft Bailey or Flagg. If Philly wants to even sniff a championship in the last of the Embiid era unfortunately this is really the only way.

  5. Joel now u listen to me ok? I still believe in you. Ur a good man. First off I need for u to avoid social media at all cost. It totally toxic! These folks dont know basketball and they just looking at the record and making all kinda judgment. You need to look into ur past when u was the most dominant and then just repeat that. Whatever it was. Look I'm superstitious ok? I honestly feel like u change ur haircut and that may be the problem! You use to have ur hair in a way that was like a crown on ur head. Like u was a king! Get back to that version of u! =)

  6. Joel this gon be the greatest comeback story in the history of basketball! They gon make movies about it! Ok? You are still the #1 Philly athlete. You are like Rocky Balboa! You may be down now but you not out! And when you hoist that Championship trophy over ur head the tears gon flow and flow! All of Philadelphia is gon be in tears of joy! You are the epic warrior that all of us will remember for all time! This adversity will not last. This is making u a man of steel!

  7. Joel you need to score and shoot more. It’s only when you are hot and scoring that teams double and triple team you and then you pass out of those to get the guys wide open looks. You can’t empower others by not scoring. You are being paid so much money to score the basketball and the pieces around you are complimentary. Also we need your free throws to score points and for that you need to try to score. There is no point in you not playing at mvp caliber if we don’t end up making the playoffs and barely win games. What is the point of that?? This team is built around you. If you are just going to be reserved for the playoffs then they should build a team around maxey that can sustain winning without your scoring input and use you as a complimentary piece.

  8. If it's possible, trade him. He's washed. Worse, he controls Nick Nurse. Why would you have your slowest player, your worst decision maker, your worst dribbler, your most turnover-prone player, your most likely to go into hero ball mode player be your primary ball handler? Why run your offense through him? He is our worst player because he has the greatest negative effect on the team as a whole.

  9. When a big man goes down they don’t come back. Period. Sixers could have got a bag for him last season or the season before rather than adding another contract extension. Nobody will take him with $300M owing over 5 more years.
