Give him the MVP: Historic numbers by Jokic on the court or off

1. I tried to make the link to her post in the body of this but it just showed her profile picture and not the Thread text. Go check out her Thread.

   Jokic is a top five player of all time. I don’t care what you all say. He is 1 of 1 in the NBA.

   This man needs help. We need to make some trades. We won’t win another title with Jamal on a max, and with Porter on a max at the same time on this team. It’s two much money for too narrow of contributions with those two. We need to spread that money more evenly and have a better bench. Braun has filled in nicely for KCP. I think Booth was right about that move. I was wrong. But we need to make a move.

   We can’t waste Jokic at this stage of his career.

2. The more people keep talking about it, the more everyone will get sick of it, the more the narrative will turn against him. We’re only 1/8th into the season, give it a rest.

3. I saw some youtuber mention that he saw on some website (Cleaning out the glass maybe ?) that some fancy advanced stat shows the Nuggets as a 60+ win team with Jokic, and a 5 win team without him.

   The eye test definetly confirms this for the last 2 games.

4. In terms of these ratings being *sustained* for the whole season:

   Without Jokic, the nuggets are estimated to be a 1 win team.

   With Jokic, the nuggets are estimated to be a 68 win team.

   How tf is that not MVP worthy discussion?

   Also, what the hell are we doing? One guy literally cannot be the entire team. I can’t fathom being the worst team in the whole fucking association *IN HISTORY* while also joining the Cooper Flagg sweepstakes from one individual player missing time.

5. We need to be top 4 seed, at least. I’m happy for him but we need him so much on the team
