[Highlight] Dyson Daniels blocks Fox at the buzzer to seal the game

  1. I love the Kings and I’m a Hawks fan, but we aren’t really like competing for anything this year. I preface all of that to say that I genuinely feel like the play was clean and that he keeps his heel off the line. I’ll have to look again when another angle comes out.

  2. Dyson is the DPotY. It was clean but a defender of his caliber will get the benefit of the doubt. Hawks winning because of defense is crazy to me.

  3. I was skeptical at first and thought we were getting shafted, but the Dejounte/Dyson trade has been a Home Run for the hawks. I’ve never seen a third year role player have this much immediate impact on winning for a team and he is the reason I tune in every night. And we got 2 picks out of it too.

Also Kings fans are the only ones saying it was a foul LOL

  4. I know it’s Wemby’s award to lose but honestly he should really be considered for DPOY when it’s all said and done. He’s been carrying this hawks backcourt defensively and he’s been the reason for at least 3 of their wins already.

  5. I wanna see a replay from another angle. It could’ve been a foul. Normally those “hands in cookie jar” strips result into free throws.

  6. Neutral observer (even leaning towards wanting Kings to win) but 100% clean, and there’s a pretty easy way to prove it:

Notice the ball’s spin- topspin from shooter’s perspective. Only possible if Dyson hit the ball clean.

Buuuuuut… and I didn’t catch this in real-time… his foot did hit the baseline while ball was still in his hands, so that sucks lol

  7. This appears to be a 2 horse race for DPOY early on.

    Daniels + Wemby.

Daniels is just an absolutely obnoxious defender. Dude’s hands are everywhere!

  8. This is literally every possession. You can only begin to understand it by watching him for a full game. He doesn’t stop, he is inevitable.

  9. In another year or so, Trae, Daniels, Johnson and Risacher are going to be the best defensive trio in the NBA.
