I felt like the value wasn’t really there for Gotham Sports and hated the Gotham only ads that interrupted the broadcast, so I turned off the virtual card paying for the subscription (makes it easier to cancel things). I know it says I can resubscribe but still a little intense of a message lol. Just adds to the overall weirdness with this service…

How can they get away with this awful app.
This just happened to me, my ApplePay just randomly stopped working but only for Gotham, and there was no way to switch payment methods on the app. Just reenrolled with a card when they cancelled my subscription.
The migration from MSG+ to Gotham has mostly been horrible, most notably I was forced to watch the fucking sabres broadcast and had no option to switch to Sam and the boys. I’m 50 miles from MSG and fucking 300 miles from Buffalo. What a joke.

Anyone else use the native GS app on their TV and have to uninstall/install it 2-3x per week? I get an error with no way to go back to the main screen and the only solution is to uninstall and re-install. Hard to believe jsit how dogshit their migration has been

Does anyone else have issues with having to log in and re-input the password every time on the TV app. Its extremely annoying.
Revoked, suspended and turned off. They’re getting an order of protection against you tomorrow.
I spent 30 minutes trying to authenticate through cable provider Verizon so I could watch from the tablet in my home office. Able to login directly to VZ no problem. Finally quit and watched on TV in the living room.
It’s almost like they DON’T want you to use their app. One more try tonight and then I’m deleting. F Gotham.
imo the Gotham only ads are a violation of every Consumer Fraud Law – state and federal. I am paying MSG to receive the full MSG broadcast. I believe when Gotham injects an ad while the broadcast continues to be a violation of law.
