There’s literally nothing to be excited for. Really sucks being a fan rn
In a different timeline, a butterfly flaps its wings in Africa. This slight shift in the winds causes Riley Patterson’s FG kick to just miss the uprights (and the Chargers don’t commit that penalty that would’ve given us a second chance).
That heart wrenching comeback that falls just short fuels the front office and they don’t get complacent in the post 22’ off season. Due to different drafting and FA moves, our team then goes 10-7 and makes the playoffs with a divisional round exit.
Fast forward to the present day, and the Jags are 3-8 and the fans are calling for everyone’s heads. No one gets fired. The Jags are cursed in every timeline.
Seems like it’s always short lived 😩

Rewatching Sounds of the Game from ‘22… esp the Titans and Charges games… it was fucking magical

And Trent Baalke is still employed by the Jaguars…Why?
If anything, the last two weeks have shown how good Trevor actually is. He has regularly dragged this dogshit team and staff into position to win games we have no business competing in.
Lol – the fact that I’m almost 40 is the only reason I’ve ever seen two consecutive good years from this team.
We were bottom feeders who suddenly climbed all the way up, touched the 1 spot for a day, and then immediately sank right back down. How does that even happen?
