I unironically think the Jets will not be a successful team until both Woody and Chris Johnson are gone. I will continue to root for the team and hope success is found in spite of terrible ownership but my optimism is almost non existent.
Before someone calls me a whiny doomer, I fully enjoy supporting this team and being free of the mental agony of expectations.
There is one constant of this teams failures over the years and it all leads back to ownership. How many failed GMs, coaches and QBs do we have to see to be convinced otherwise?
If you’re not the solution, you’re part of the problem, and God knows Saleh, JD and Zach weren’t the solution.
I still maintain Idzik was worthy of a few more years. Fired for going 8-8 and believing in Geno Smith.
The worst part is now that he’ll be ambassador again he’ll drop this team he’s been mismanaging for over a decade like an old toy and then when he’s bored with that job he’ll come back and fuck them up again because it’s “his” team 😑
Zach, Saleh and JD were part of the problem, though. Those that can go, are gone. Good riddance.

Good move–the quicker they get a GM who knows what he is doing the faster we move on from this debacle.
The entire coaching staff stinks. Thats why we are 3-8 and why he got fired.

Jets fans will continue to take Woody’s woody up their asses as long as he lives.
Woody needs someone who knows what not to do. Or to be locked in a closet with personnel decisions. I swear my entire “oh please god don’t sign/draft/hire” list is always working for the jets. Guessing our staff will be Matt Nagy, Matt Patricia, Joe Barry, Shane Waldron, Matt Canada, and Luke Getsy

Woody sucks, but let’s not pretend like Saleh(and Douglas) hitching his ride to Zach Wilson instead of giving weapons to Sam Darnold was a colossal mistake.
But I ask you this. If Aaron Rodgers wasn’t completely washed, would you still be yelling at me? Or would you be spanking my bare butt, balls, and back? Think about that, for one second.
