Caitlin Clark’s accuracy on the golf course leaves something to be desired.
On the court, the ice-cold WNBA star is unerring with her shooting.

But the keen golfer suffered the same fate as many an amateur on the tee box earlier this week.
Clark paired with LPGA superstar Nelly Korda for The Annika pro-am Wednesday.
She encouraged plenty of fans to turn up and watch one of basketball’s biggest draws tackle the fairways.
One viral shot saw her top a drive and send a huge crowd ducking as Korda pulled a hilarious face in the background.
Clark revealed her aim was to avoid hitting a spectator ahead of the round.
“I’m going to hit some good; I’m going to hit some bad,” she said.
“Just going to try not to hit anyone standing outside of the ropes. But it’ll be fun.”
Unfortunately, another tee shot did go astray – taking a lucky bounce off a fan and ending up in a solid position.
“When I got up at 4:30 this morning, I didn’t expect to give Caitlin an assist,” said the punter in a video released to TikTok.
In the clip, she shows a nasty looking red welt on her shoulder where the ball hit her.

And got a nice memento to take home
The fan in question took the incident brilliantly, revealing that Clark said ‘thanks for the good kick whoever it hit’ when she saw where she ended up.
She also proudly showed off a signed golf ball that she will treasure forever.
Both parties got a good result out of the shot – Clark with the lucky bounce and the fan a ‘unique story and a keepsake.’
“This lady has the best story to tell, at any event she attends, for the rest of her life. Wearing it like a badge of honor. She’s a real OG,” posted one viewer on X.
“Glad it only got her on arm. Looks nasty,” added another.
Everything Clark touches seems to turn to gold at the moment.
Angel Reese sends shockwaves around WNBA by revealing she ‘hopefully’ forms a super team with rival Caitlin Clark
And true to form, her participation caused a huge social media buzz around the pro-am.
The LGPA racked up seven million impressions on Wednesday, with content about the WNBA icon adding 27.3million.
That hype is why the breakaway Unrivaled league is so keen to get her on board.
The offseason event has already attracted some huge names, including the Indiana Fever guard’s college rival Angel Reese.
The duo’s feud has been brilliant for the ratings.
Reese has hinted that she would like to form a super team with Clark one day.
