This is rigged AJ Hinch and Carlos Mendoza were robbed Pat Murphy should not have one that award. He basically did the same thing as Craig Council all the way down to the bony little finger.

How does pat Murphy get the award when he lost to the guy that should’ve gotten it in the playoffs? Coming from a Phillies fan. That’s wrong.
Steve Cohen himself said the Mets weren’t supposed to contend n Mendoza leads them to the postseason! The Brewers played in one of the weakest divisions in baseball, Mets had the Braves n Phillies in their division!

Mendoza deserved the award.
I personally don't understand the voting. And looking at the all criteria involved. Crazy how the Brewers have executive of the year and manager of the year and are eliminated in the first round of the playoffs. Mets manager took a team with no expectations and well under .500 to the NLCS and finishes in last place in voting? Padres manager who was a former manager with the Cardinals who had a stacked team and by all means chocked away the NLDS against the Dodgers finishes second. Padres won the same amount of games as the Milwaukee Brewers in a more competitive division.

The world champion manager only got three first place votes. And that’s after losing his entire opening day starting rotation to injury and lost several relievers. Like he had it easy.
