Paul Maurice, Florida Panthers Postgame After Loss to Winnipeg Jets
Florida Panthers coach Paul Maurice meets the media after his team lost 6-3 to the host Winnipeg Jets on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2024.
Florida was coming off a 5-0 win against the Winnipeg Jets on Saturday.
The Panthers will visit the Chicago Blackhawks on Thursday.
Paul Maurice spent parts of nine years as coach of the Jets; he was 0-3-1 against Winnipeg as coach of the Panthers before Saturday’s win. Nate Schmidt played three seasons with the Jets before being bought out in June.

Tuesday, the Panthers were down 3-0 in the second after Mark Scheifele scored the second of his three goals.
Florida cut it to 3-2 on goals from A.J. Greer and Sam Reinhart. Down 4-2, Matthew Tkachuk scored a late power-play goal.
The Jets ended it on a pair of empty-net, shorthanded goals.
