2. As a Jags fan, I can tell you that the owner is just as inept as the front office and coaching staff. I mean, c'mon, the GM is Trent Baalke, that tells you all you need to know about the owner.

3. When you have two # 1 overall draft picks ( Lawrence and Walker ) and NEITHER one has progressed to true superstar status you have a recipe for disappointment and failure. Sure coaching and injuries play a part of this too – however you have had the luxury of playing in the weakest division and still could not achieve success.

11. HC Doug Pederson won more division titles than most HC have. He gave the Jaguars 2 back to back winning season, and has 1 bad year. They should keep him for another year.

They are not as EMO as you…counselor…They're looking at everything and evaluating everything…it's a process…and it is way too early to state their activity/intentions/course of actions. The team has two MAJOR weaknesses…one is ACQUISITIONS…the other is lack of receiver depth/quality. Hey! their rookie WR Brian Thomas is the best WR on their team! The year that Dan Campbell got Amon Ra St Brown the Lions went 3-13. IT TAKES TIME TO BUILD A PERFECT TEAM.

35. Doug might not be the main culprit. As a Bucs fan I wouldn’t swap our roster for the Jags roster – I suspect fans the majority of the other 30 teams would have the same view.
