Who would take him? We’d be lucky to get a 7th or future considerations
If teams are offering a 1st-round pick for him then it’s a no brainer.
If they don’t want to run a young D-corps next season we can always sign a vet or even use that 1st to trade for someone who fits our timeline better but is more experienced than our rookies.
Will they have time to ponder their options? IT’S ONLY 4.5 MONTHS AWAY! Aaaahhhhhhh
Tough choice but Kent is not afraid of tough decisions. And Savard can always sign with us during the summer if he wants to.

I could see him traded for a late 1st since he’s a RD. Defensive d-men are always wanted at the deadline and he already won a cup so I think he will be coveted.
Tampa, Toronto, Dallas, Edmonton, Colorado, LA could all be interested.
Let’s say, a 2nd with the condition that it’s upgraded to a 1st if the club reaches the semi-final or something like that.
