Dalton Knecht might stay a starter

  1. I really like him playing with Bron and AD and AR.

They are actively looking for him when he’s open.

  2. Hopefully,Rui off the bench will improve it. Vando needs to get healthy he will be the perfect wing in the starting lineup if DK is starting

  3. Rui+dlo off the bench could help a lot. But Rui kind of thrives when he’s a lesser focus on the floor.

  4. I am here for it. I worry about Rui off the bench though. He was frustrated with it in DC. He was frustrated with it last season. I like Rui and his potential… but I don’t think he’s mature enough to take on that role with the right mindset. And he’s completely an energy player, you can tell his effort drops when the game goes away from him.

But then again, I would have said that about DLo before last week 🤷🏽‍♂️

  5. The defense will come along with experience and learning to play in this system. The physical ability and work ethic are there.

  6. This dude shoots like a splash brother and like he’s a veteran. Only one game but damn, laker fans, we got our shooter boys!

  7. Great game tonight… but also Utah might be the worst team in the league so not have to take that into consideration. He’s going to be a good one for sure though.

  8. I was wondering if he should be a starter in place of AR or should he be a 6th man to do damage when the other team is resting their starters… I can see the appeal in both. As a starter he’ll be with other elite scorers, and there’s only one ball and having too many scorers can be a detriment — but at the same time having many scorers means putting too much pressure on LeBron or AD will free others like Knecht open, or will mean they’ll have to reduce defensive pressure on LeBron or AD. So it could go either way. Regardless, Dalton Knecht is a beast.

  9. People here are delusional.

Nobody saw the free layups the Jazz were getting on the other end. Or the lack of rebounding in the 3rd and 4th quarters.

This should have been a 20 pt win.
