  1. haunt the browns? lol

the truth is, stefanski was never a great head coach, he has never really galvanized the team like the top head coaches do, he’s always had that puppet attitude

    he’s not THE guy

let him go, we can do better, he’s fine and all but he ain’t the man

  2. Stefanski isn't allowed to hand pick his coaches. If they aren't loyal, they can back stab you. Obviously, they're not on the same page. Browns are a poorly run organization.

  3. I have never been a fan of Kevin Stefanski. When the team was looking for a head coach in 2019 and again in 2020, I wanted Jim Harbaugh both times. With that said, I don't know exactly how much blame to assign Kevin Stefanski because the Browns use the umbrella term "collaboration" to shield any individual member of the organization from blame. That is exactly why the Browns need to FIRE EVERYONE and start over! Kevin Stefanski might be a really good coach somewhere else, but people cannot escape accountability simply because we don't know precisely who is to blame. If they are all collaborating to make these horrendous decisions, then they all need to be held accountable. Period.
