30. This is one of the reason why basketball in the 80's and 90's are much more entertaining. Techs like this always reminds me of the time when Tim Hardaway scored on Barkley and was yelling "In your face!" right in front of him and no techs were called. It wasn't even a dunk just a layup but it felt like Tim posterized Chuck lol.
