Reminds me a lot more of prime Johnathan Quick
I was at the game last night and I remarked that to a friend. He is reading the game and making athletic saves like Kipper would.
Was telling my wife this yesterday. Same athleticism and agility. AWOOOOO
Wolf’s a great goalie, but Kipper in his prime was making highlight reel saves virtually every night.
Kipper could be on the ground looking down and out and bust out a scorpion kick out of nowhere to stop a sure goal. When Kipper was on he could absolutely rob games from teams.
Wolf’s not quite there yet, but he’s definitely showing flashes of brilliance. The good news is he should have a lot more games to show what he can do and I anticipate a long and successful career for him.
