Other leading scorers were Corey Maggette (21) for the Warriors, Mav Shawn Marion (18), and Steph (17). Dirk had 13 and 10 rebounds. Full boxscore.
February 3, 2027 2017 : undrafted Mavs rookie Yogi Ferrell gets the starting spot and goes off for 32 in 39 minutes, on 11/17 shooting and 9/11 from 3. Wes Matthews added 27 and Seth Curry got 19 of his own. Old man Dirk scored 9. On Portland's side, CJ and Evan Turner led the way with 28 and 24 points while Lillard had 13 on 4/20 shooting (yikes), resulting in a 108-104 Mavs win (who were 20-30 at this point). Full boxscore.

For those that didn’t get to watch Roddy B, he was a bucket – like others have said, the injuries really sucked and happened during critical points of his development.
He was only 6’2 and had a very slight frame, but he had a 6’10 wingspan, had hops, was really fucking quick, and had a pretty quick release. Willing passer, but not a floor general (I remember J-Kidd and JJ Barea sharing the court with him quite often).
Really happy for him that he’s doing welll in the EuroLeague. He seemed to be liked by his teammates during his time with the Mavs.
Beaubois injuries completely altered the Mavs timeline. Such a shame, that season (and obviously the next one too) was magic.
I was at the Yogi game – they were giving away tickets that season since we sucked ass. Barnes was the #1 guy, and DSJ was the pick that summer… I think they had a student deal where if you used a .edu, you could get 50 dollar platinum seats. (Wasn’t there also some dumb promo with Cuban’s Dust On! app about this time too?). He was getting his 2nd 10 day deal (lol) after a few nice performances, then that night was like insanity. Complete with the clutch plays to seal the close W. Definitely one of the weirder games I’ve seen there and most fun
