I wish this was a Dalton Knecht highlight video.
He really needs to work on his handle. Any decent defender that watches film will know he’s really easy to strip and doesn’t want to put the ball on the deck. Love his motor and energy but he needs to play smarter. There are times he is just going full speed but looks lost on offense when he doesn’t have the ball. At his height I feel he should be better at getting the 50/50 rebounds and as far as finishing goes he plays smaller than his measured height/wingspan.
Overall he is a project player but it seems like he’s a hard worker so I’m pulling for him. His handle is his biggest weakness right now and next is his BBIQ and PnR/finishing. Glad we’re at least giving him minutes to develop though.
