12. I remember when he became interim-HC at the Dolphins and thinking, damn they’re really playing better now. When he got the job at Detroit it was like a blast from the past and I was immeditately onboard.

22. I love how he will criticize but also praise. I’ve known too many manager-type people who will ream you out when you do something wrong, but then not say a word when you correct it and do it right. Should you be doing it correctly in the first place? Of course. But getting that acknowledgement goes a long way in building confidence and determination
