Number one!
Can you do a video on who would be the DC if Flores gets an HC job. Internal or outside person?
The football media will ask if we're a fluke even if we become the new chiefs and win 3 straight super bowls
Defense has given up 2 TDs in 3 games don't think that's a fluke, offense just needs to get better
2022 was not a fluke. We had a terrible defensive scheme and it cost us in the playoffs. Now we have a great defense and still a good offense. Defense is critical to going deep in the playoffs.
After watching this team for many years I've learned to never go all in. When you do, they will tear out your heart and stomp on it. So enjoy the season. Every win is a blessing. I know! I'm an old cantankerous curmudgeon blah blah blah blah blah
Had Minnesota had this defense, we wouldβve won the Super Bowl that year!
If the fluke is consistent, it's not a fluke.
Maybe if a team is "flukey good" year after year that actually means they play strong situational football?
They weren't a fluke in 2022, nor are they a fluke in 2024. They would be heading for a 3rd straight playoff appearance if Kirk's Achilles hadn't exploded last year. They're a good team.
the cat stevens reference is one of many reasons this is my favorite sports channel
In 2022, the Vikings offense had to carry the team as the defense under Ed Donatel was horrible with slower and older players from the Zimmer era. Today, the Vikings defense is better and younger under Coach Brian Flores. πβ€π
I think this is the beginning of something great. But we are not true contenders quite yet. Three reasons. Dont trust Sam Darnold, our secondary (particularly corners), and our DTs arent very good. Get those three issues fixed and i think Vikings can be the favorites from the NFC.
Itβs like when Goku and Vegeta kept getting the fusion wrong against Broly, just a lil tweak here and there to get offense and defense aligned right and boom Gogeta
No because our defense was horrible in 2022
Canβt compare, weβre better this yr
2023 was a fluke π

We always seemed to get beat up at the end of the year and not have enough depth to account for that. I hope this year is different. If we got one playoff win Iβd be happy. I just donβt wanna be embarrassed. I think most of us know deep down inside weβre not as good as two or three other teams in this conference, maybe just two. In 2022 I believe Brian OβNeill Torres Achilles and we had injuries at the center position in the defense wasnβt that good in the first place, we actually limp into the playoffs that year we got our ass handed to us at Green Bay needed a miracle against the Colts from a personnel standpoint. This team is far more talent and depth, but with all that money next year, we definitely have to address a few spots. I donβt have to say what they are, if they hit on free agency next year like they did this last year will be in great shape
I hate to admit it – that was a fair article.
Iβll definitely say the 2022 Vikings were a bit of a fluke. They barely won games, a lot of them, but in other games seemed shockingly unprepared. I donβt get that sense this year.
The middle of the offensive line specifically Garrett Bradbury is a weakness that by now every team that plays us knows. Heβs getting pancaked every other play.
We havenβt won a playoff game yet under KOC, this year we have a super strong defense and should get past the first round easily but who knows.
If ESPN is giving us respect you know we are good
Theyβll use any ridiculous metric to justify their hate on the Vikings
Did I just hear 10% to the big guy? Lol best analogy ever!
Just get 4 wins and clinch a playoff or wildcard spot and go from there
What is with Nailor's drops? How concerned to be??? but wtf
