  1. Mayo gonna be here for a while. I and others are noticing how with each week that goes by he's growing and developing into his own…I never expected him to come out being a masterful HC but what was expected was to see a continuance of grasping the life of a NFL HC and he's really Aceing it. He's come a long way from the "Burning Cash" quote to now learning how to control the room, so Mayo's gonna be ok. Now whether or not he has the right coordinators is another topic…. Personally I'd like to see AVP drop to QB coach, bring in a vet OC not so much as for a play designer because AVP does have some great play designs and you can see where he wants to go with the offense but more of a playcaller, the sequence and syncing plays together while also picking up on or sharing a very similar style of scheme (AVP's Westcoast Zone) continuity is an important key…Also a promotion to DC for Brian Belichick ain't a bad idea. He is a Belichick 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️
