“One of the most dysfunctional locker rooms in the National Hockey League”

  1. Seems like it’s a recurring theme and I really hope we don’t get complacent with keeping him as our coach just because our team is playing a couple good games.

  2. Everyone should believe/do what whatever spitting chicklets says. Those guys were so highly regarded for their intelligence and integrity as players. It’s amazing how their talents and achievements on the ice has transferred to their current careers as podcasters. Both being such coveted talent during their days in the league, I find it, incredibly gallant of them to refuse working for any NHL entity in their post career in order to spread their incredible hockey incite to us fans. Spitting chicklets would never latch on to controversy or rumors or debase themselves by trolling. It would infringe on their reputation as the most serious and measured source for NHL insider information. /s

Seriously guys, spitting chicklets, albeit may be entertaining, is two guys shit talking. The bigger they make the shit seem, the more people listen, the more cash they make. They’re a fun show, but it’s for entertainment purposes.

  3. They’re basically the TMZ of the NHL seeing as they have so many sources within every locker room. But you don’t have to listen to B*rstool to know that there’s something not right in the dressing room. The youngsters are a fucking shell of what they could be. The veterans just seem like they’re playing for the money. Cronin is probably a big factor in both. It’s not worked with him, let’s get Monty while he’s still seething that the bruins have made him the scapegoat to their problems

  4. I know for a fact that the locker room is toxic and my source is that zegras doesn’t smile a lot on the ice. /s

It’s not like spitting chicklets is saying anything super surprising here, so I’m not sure why some people are trying to discredit them, especially when the majority of this sub seems to hate Cronin more than the players allegedly do. When asked about Cronin, even current players openly to the media say “he’s tough.” That is not a compliment lol.

  5. Coloradoan here, I was really excited for the Ducks to get Cronin when he left the Eagles, the team seemed to be great under his coaching. I honestly thought he would have a positive change in Anaheim, genuinely sad to hear it isn’t going well.

  6. Room looks really dysfunctional after this win, you can tell from the interviews after the game that something aint right. Guys were smiling and goofing around, really troubling to see.
