It happened a year late, but fans got the shifty, fast WR we were all screaming for in 2023.
The fact that McConkey fell past teams like the Chiefs, 49ers, and Bills is crazy. Throughout the whole draft process, he just fit those teams perfectly. Glad this staff knows ball, and made the move to trade up for him.
What worries me about this is teams will eventually stop single coving Ladd and start single covering Johnston and both will become less effective. We still really need a good 3rd option.
Meanwhile Q is on the opposite side of both stats 🙁
