A breakdown of the uniforms for the 2025 NHL Winter Classic between the Chicago Blackhawks and St. Louis Blues at Wrigley Field on December 31, 2024. The Blackhawks pay tribute to their team history of the 1940s and 50s while the Blues borrow a page from another St. Louis hockey team of the 1930s, the St. Louis Flyers.

  1. Thankful the Blues went royal blue instead of the throwback light blue, but unless it's Minnesota, cream should NEVER be on a "white" jersey. I'm coming around on wearing the dark buckets with the white jerseys the more I see them popping up around the league too.

  2. Like if you think the Blues should rebrand with all three of their Winter Classic uniforms. This would be the third, and it would be cool to see teams wearing their colors in St Louis once in a while. A lot of people don't like that the Blue Note isn't featured, and I agree. It's my only issue with it. The Blue Note could have been right after the "St. Louis" wordmark. Maybe for the next Winter Classic, they could pay tribute to the St Louis Eagles (the original Ottawa Senators) . I can see it now

  3. Wow those blues jerseys suck, what a huge disappointment as a blues fan. As someone planning on attending the classic I’d rather spend my money on a hawks jersey. These absolutely blow wasted potential
