Congrats on the bonus! He was a top 3 pitcher in the NL when healthy last year
Seems fair. He finished 8th in WAR among the NL. I thinking he stayed healthy and continued to pitch well he actually would have moved up a lot in voting. He pitched only 150 innings.
Well deserved for sure. Can’t wait to see what he’ll be for us over the next couple years
I was told he should’ve been sent to the minors during the early part of the season.
He had a complete Renaissance in terms of his approach to pitching this year. Very excited to see him continue to grow, especially under the Tito
He was fun. Always felt good watching him this season

He took a big leap last season by improving his slider and adding in a splitter. Hopefully this pushes the pitching coaches to start working more with the Reds pitchers on their pitch mixes. This has been a weak point over the past 5-6 years.
