   I don’t think Rex is a great idea but I think it will happen and I just hope it works out.

26. I had enough of sexy Rexy. Even the first two years when they made the playoffs and looked dominant because the defense I couldn’t take him telling everybody they’re gonna win the Super Bowl every year it was just don’t want to relive that over for the next few years. He’s a good commentator and analyst stick to that.

32. Please no. People forget how bad the end of his tenure was and how his offenses were never great. He also had a complete disaster in Buffalo and hasn’t coached in the NFL in like 8 years whatever it is. The Jets cannot make this mistake, they need a new face.

40. I mean, he’s right. This team is stacked with talent. I just don’t understand why literally everyone (basically excluding Morstead) has performed like utter shit. I guess the only logical explanation is Woody’s meddling which trickles down into coaching. I feel like with a an actual, PROPER fucking coaching staff, the narrative this year would have been a lot different. But because Woody is who he is, we don’t *have* an actual coaching staff, and that reflects in the players. Besides, all the news of his hands in the business doesn’t help with shit either.

41. Honestly next year is a wash anyway barring a really hot coaching candidate wanting to come here, and I don’t see that happening. I’d be down to give Sexy Rexy a one year shot, then blow it up if he doesn’t show he’s grown as a coach. We have Rodgers for next year so, unless he retires, we aren’t entering an immediate rebuild as it is. If we’re gonna suck, I wanna have a coach I can root for at least.
