“We’re looking forward to the atmosphere of the event, which we’re anticipating being slightly more joyous than attending the funeral of a quiet neighbor you only spoke to due to your overlapping grass-cutting schedule during the spring and summer,” White Sox senior director of public relations Sheena Quinn told MLB.com.
Apparently, you can park at the ballpark and there will be a complementary shuttle to take fans back and forth.
No mention if they’re charging for parking…
It will be interesting to see how Getz handles the Q&A. This is a good opportunity to paint a picture of AN ACTUAL PLAN or timeline that fans can grasp, maybe even buy into if they are more optimistic than most.
Fresh off a historically bad season… Sox Fest. They better have Getz and Jerry in clown costumes and allow fans to throw pies at them.
Either this is a complete ploy pitch to fans they need to support funding a new stadium
Or
The most tone deaf thing I’ve seen in a while. The 10 fans left that will attend are going to pound them with criticism and questions they don’t want to answer
Soxfest Live 2025!
Come watch us try to hide behind the 2005 guys
I get the pessimism about this but Ramova is a cool spot, so even if people don’t want to support the Sox, you should at least go there sometime for their beers or food and support a local place
All I can say is that I hope the people showing up to front office sessions are as hostile to those on the stage as this organization deserves.
What percent of the attendees will be paid by the Sox to be there and optimistic?
Because if not, those Q+As are going to be legendary.
Hard pass.
Even if the team was good, these things always just felt like White Sox flea markets to me. If you’re not into autographs I don’t get the appeal.
This is fucking hilarious.
In a vacuum, I dont hate the concept – it could be neat, I dont know.
But its not Soxfest. Its not Soxfest AT ALL. It is HILARIOUS that they promised Soxfest and deliver this.
The stage is going to get stormed ala January 6th when Getz is on it.

Maybe they’ll bring back…Nicky Lopez
At the park, it’s half a mile.
SOXFEST IS BACK AND IT’S SMALLER THAN EVER!
These tickets should only be $20
If you pay $56 to go to this, the Sox aren’t the dumbest, [you’re the dumbo.](https://youtu.be/9VcE2MDuRyQ?si=lJGPdbxISqdWi0u5&t=112)
This should be a mid season summer thing.
This isn’t Soxfest. We’re sold a bag of lies again.
Ahh I will pass once again. I don’t want to give a dime to Jerry.
