The Browns showed their GM is better than the Jets GM Rodgers. Browns showed they have more of a team than the Jets as well.
Also as usual it's a 17 game season and no one will be focused for each one, especially when you are expected to win like this game.
They showed this officiating crew doesn’t know intentional grounding when they see it.
7:25 it would be the BEST possible thing…
Jameis was the backup. He only became 3rd string the game Winston got injured due to many calling for him top play. In that game DTR got hurt and Jameis was the emergency QB.
Steeler’s played stupid on Defense you have to know a 2-8 team is in 4 down territory any time they cross the 50 and play accordingly obviously they didn’t ( and O line also sucked)
To all the Browns fans do you honestly think they are going to beat the Steeler’s & Ravens next time they play ????
The QB’s in this draft are trash.
My Brownies are currently a dumpster fire with shaky QB play (and a defense that has been underperforming). Although their record is awful, they are TALENTED ENOUGH to beat any team if they are clicking. Their roster is still pretty good!
Imagine the Browns draft Jeanty get a skill receiver and add more depth to the pass rush and start Jameis next year!
The Browns showed they can play but will they show up the next game like that? Probably not. Gg
Crazy game last night. In all my years of watching the NFL, I never knew a team could decline the opposing team's penalty and then immediately undecline it like the Steelers did on the Browns 3rd and 2 play with less than two minutes left. I always assumed once a coach tells the ref if they want to decline the penalty or not, then that's it, they can't go back and say "Oh, wait we're changing our mind".
All 3-8 teams are not equal, look at the energy of the Browns and the energy of the Jets. The Browns fans and players brought the type of energy regardless of record you are supposed to bring towards playing your division rival. The more it snowed the harder both teams battled. They were throwing passes and kicking field goals and you couldn't see the ball. At one point the Steelers defense were throwing snowballs at each other after taking the ball away from the Browns and here come the Browns battling right back. Fans in the stands with no shirts on. That was one of the best Thursday night games in a very long time and fun to watch. The only person who had complaints was George Pickens. They should ship his 🤬 to the Jets with that kinda attitude. The Browns played for each other, the fans and for pride. They may not win another game but they put on a show out there last night.
We don’t need a QB. Jameis is the one
4:23 Wow I love it when AI gives us super-duper relevant, coherent and anticipatable stats like these….
Miles Garrett ain’t got nothing on Bruce Smith Legacy. Most people won’t recognize Garrett name. Everyone knows Bruce Smith
The Browns record is bad because of Watson. Full stop.
I was really happy for jameis Winston, myles garrett, and nick chubb especially.
Good people.
Let's be honest here, the Steelers aren't going anywhere in the playoffs. They might win one game, and then peter out. That's kind of what they do. Browns will probably end up with about six wins, all things considered, not too shabby.
We won, we beat pissburgh, myles went off and TJ was silent. Good week. Ill pretend that was game 1 for my sanity.
Rich didn’t deny that Del Tufo was his favorite 🤣🤣🤣
I still don't get the sour grapes by Pickens as someone who isn't a fan of anyone in that division. If you're the better team show up. Don't be surprised by the weather when you play all your divisional rivals outside, 2 of which reside in the state of Ohio. That's 4 games a year let alone postseason where it might snow. You should idk, expect to play in bad, potentially snowy weather. That team you don't consider good played in that same damn weather mate.
