6. Being realistic, I'd have Monken towards top of list. While he hasn't been a head coach before in the pros, he has A ton of experience that went well in Tampa, Baltimore and in college at, Georgia. If we're going to take a swing on a first-time offensive mind and head coach, he seems like he would have the highest likelihood of success (outside of Ben Johnson).

7. Woody will never pay what it would cost to hire a head coach with experience. That’s why we always have unproven coordinators. I’m not sure about Rex but he would come at a Woody approved price.
