  1. Jim Montgomery is sitting at home just sayin" Montgomery left Boston after putting together a 120-41-23 record. In his first season the Bruins amassed a record 135 points and Montgomery won the Jack Adams Award as coach of the year. He did an even better job last season. The Bruins had 109 points. He grew up in Montreal’s East End, speaks French, was Kent Hughes’s teammate at Collège St-Laurent lead Maine to an NCAA championship.

  2. Its a rebuild. If you compare with other rebuilds in the NHL, we aint a failure yet. Look at the Blackhawks, the Ducks, the Sharks, the Sens, the Sabres. Jesus…the Sabres lol, that is the definition of a fail. It will take years. Its the third season only. People has to get their head out of their butt and fucking take a deep breath. We cant all be the Dallas Stars. Its a complicated process, and its not a linear one. Seriously, try and explore what has been done elsewhere, the challenges they had to face in order to have a succesfull team. So many Montreal fans have the perspective of a child. Win win win. Now now now. Grow up and expand your understanding of the process.

  3. They played like they didn’t want to get scored on. Terrible way to play.
You’re supposed to play to win. Win each battle, win by never making a stupid pass. Hockey is a game of mistakes. All you need to do is assume you’ll make a mistake and be ready with a backup plan or two, or even 3 backup plans on every play.
It’s very hard to play against an entire team with that mentality.

  4. Was never really convinced that Marty was the right choice, though I must admit that he has done some good things. The right coach or not,the inconsistency of this team may cause him to be replaced, and that is not right. He deserves a far better effort.

  5. This mismanagement team IS doing the same mistakes as the last 30+ years.Go Get A Real Coach with real NHL experience for these young men.Einstein said that doing the same thing and getting the same results is insane.Eh! Voila The Montreal Canadiens….but the media is happy with THIS LOSING CULTURE…WTF HAPPENED TO THE CULTURE OF WINNING??? WENT OUT THE DOOR FOR WHAT.Wake up Molson isn't the owner of the team the Montreal press run it.

  6. We need a coach that can help these kids grow into winners. Goaltending is weak. And we have all these kids in laval having great success, yet management refuses to call anyone up? Frustrating to watch.

  7. Are you for real you mean the you the 7-2 loss to the rangers or the 8-2 loss to Seattle or how about 6-3 loss to Washington. You saw games like today all season long. That comment alone plus the last video I watched stating your thoughts they were turning the corner makes me think you 2 guys are out of touch.

  8. Coach!!! Lack of confidence is always coaching failure. Is it really this problem or anything more?If you analyze properly it’s not about Dach and Slafkovsky, it’s about all players!!! If you see only these two you are wrong. You can’t play one good game and another disastrous game!!! There’s either desperate lack of confidence or even more probable an undisclosed problem between St. Louis and players. There’s no other way this would happen. Players perform by the way as they want coach to be fired. It’s happening very often in European soccer.
Statements of players supporting MSL are significant and showing that realistically HE IS A PROBLEM!!!

  9. Last night's game was the NHL equivalent to the Jake Paul / Mike Tyson fight.
They didn't show up to win, they simply showed up for the fucking paycheck.
Absolutely disgusting. And my friends wonder why I won't pay to go to the Bell Centre…

  10. We can't question their skill, but anyone can judge and question effort. Ups and downs boys, ups and downs. Been training young guys (not in hockey) for 25 years ans just when you think they unterstand, they forget a measurement and scrap the product by cutting it too short. They're called brain farts, and they become less and less frequent as experience comes. Stay positive! GO HABS GO!

  11. they got booed because real habs fans dont say the words rebuild like you guys always say.. finally real habs fans are getting sick of it!! you youtubers have a big influence over the not real fans saying things like savard is a good defender or suzuki is a good captain or armia is a good all around player or blocking shots is good or even marty st louie is handling this young team good & give them time….. habs do not rebuild they retool & win at all cost… jeff molson needs to sell the team because it starts at the top!!!! then get rid of savard, armia, gally, devorak, anderson, primeau, st louie, then get out of everyone head that blocking shots is good , then get a captain with some grit & a system with some grit to match & make the boys start playing fast !!! let the mistakes happen fast & let the other team know we will compete every shift!!!!!!!!!!!

  12. They got caufield to PASS on the second line. He does not shoot anymore. I see that he has to be complete and he is so responsible that he is no longer a threat 5vs5.

He was known for his zone entries, now he just goes to the same spot and then skate back

. He’s afraid at this point and he has checked out like we do when we have a boss that is asking us stupid stuff.

    This is a coaching decision.

  13. To me, the only difference with last year is the effort level. Last 2 years, they always fought, that’s why there were that many 1 goal games. I wonder why this year is different. That’s also why Gallagher looks so good this year, he just continues fighting while others don’t. It’s not fair for MSL, but I think it’s the right time for a coach change, this teams needs a big wake up call for the rebuild to get back on the right track. An experienced coach for the next step.
