  2. The arena was dead during that first period. Even Dean mentioned it. The fact that they drug themselves out of that whole is very encouraging in that it shows they will fight regardless of the score. If we keep this level of effort up there's some hope to be had again. Defensively overall… doesnt matter if they score 6 if you score 7, right?

  3. The kind of game that fans (except maybe you Jay 😉) love and coaches hate. Goaltenders obviously, also hate games like last night's. Johannsen is a former member of my ECHL Cincinnati Cyclones, back when he was in the Sabres' system.

  4. I know that Elvis had 6 pucks in the net but did you see amount of ricochets and how actually pucks went in? No-one, I mean no-one would react to 5/6 goals which where scored. I believe that CBJ guys just went all in on offense and trusted enough in Elvis that's why it is 7:6 our win…

  5. We will be at Nationwide (up from Cincinnati) tomorrow for the game against the Hurricanes. Win or lose, I just want them to play a solid game. That is a heck of a team that Brind'Amour has there. A heck of a team.
