Doesn't bode well for Pyotr coming back tomorrow

  1. We’ll never get official confirmation, but it was obvious, based on how still he was and the trainer saying his name a few times that PK was out cold for almost a minute last night. I’m not dooming, but I don’t expect to see him at all this week.

  2. Something clearly has to be done if we don’t want to absolute plummet into the standings. A Martin/Perets tandem ain’t gonna work in the NHL.

  3. I just hope his injury isn’t anything serious. That was a hard hit and he didn’t move for quite a while when he was on the ice. I think Perets has shown he is a solid backup keeper in the NHL and may just need a shot.

  4. Hear me out, in case Kooch is out. what if we played Perets tomorrow and keep Martin in for the Rangers game?

  5. Smh some people acting like it’s the deadline and we are battling for a wildcard spot in a do or die season. We will be fine with Martin and Perets for a while.

  6. I’d like to give Tulsky a credit here. He didn’t panic, he didn’t sign Tokarski and instead he showed Perets that this organization has plans with him

  7. Think there’s a scenario where we can trade Freddie and a lower pick to a team that’s looking to shed salary after this year and rebuild? Getting a serviceable backup in that situation that holds things down until Kooch is bacm would be a win IMO.
