Well, shit.
Naz got the shot of course
Tough loss but that finally felt like last years team. Hopefully they can continue to build on this going forward. If they continue to play like this we will win a lot of games.
Dillingham looked really good. Can’t believe he wasn’t playing from the start and can’t believe how many people defended Finch for not playing him.
A lot more good to take away from that. Vibes feel better
Good effort
Dilly looks great
Some signs of life at least. Something to look forward to again
Good fight, just a reminder how important making your FTs are
No way naz for that off in time
That’s the team I like to watch.
Great loss. Moral victory.
I would rather just let em play it out. We are consistently the worst team at executing after a timeout.
Ant should have just made a two point attempt there
Outstanding effort. Would’ve been easier pill to swallow if they did not choke against the Heat, Trail Blazers, and Raptors
This is the best game we’ve played in weeks. Don’t even care that it was a loss, that was a QUALITY loss right there. Some areas we still need to address, but there was energy reminiscent of last years team.
free throws man…
Rob matched Conleys season high in 15 minutes
I ❤️ Dilly
Love that Naz shoots the final shot after being 1-13 from three in his last 13 shots, what are we doing????
Dilly needs to be apart of the rotation.
That 4th quarter was a huge showing by the team without mike. Now that rob seems to be in the mix this team should look way better even with mikes out
No Jingles inbound = No Win
Not a single complain today. Sometimes you fight and lose.
I prefer to be sad than disapointed.
Thank you Robert Dillingham for instilling joy into this team
What you guys reckon about calling a TO there at the end? Felt like we had a fast break developing and that was kinda working??
well at least we know Dillingham needs more minutes.
Without that Dilly burst we lose by 10+. Well done Rob.
Before everyone freaks out, just because Naz took the last shot doesn’t mean the play was designed for him. Funny thing about NBA defenses – they tend to try to take away your first option.
I’m ready for Dillingham to get every non-Mike minute.
Dilly had 14 points in 15 minutes…. 2/4 from the 3pt line… Bright future ahead…
Literally had enough time for a screen 3 for ANT, finch is a terrible coach.
You can see how we can be so good. The bones are there in this roster. Dillingham is a stud. Randle can fit. Ant can explode. Our defense can be great .
Just need to make sure we don’t implode before we’re able to get it all running well
I swear to god the next time Ant doesn’t take the last shot and relies on Naz to make a 3…
Half the team shot horribly tonight
Holy shit Bill Kennedy’s crew sucks. Celts allowed to grab, check, hold, illegal screens everywhere. We couldn’t touch them.
Really encouraging loss. Shot like shit and still almost beat the champs.
Fun game. Dilly is a joy to watch. Just watching him dribble is fun 😂
In the bad Wolves seasons, I still loved watching because of the young players trying. So I’m going to stop caring about the season and just focus on development again, I’d have a blast this season just watching Rob develop. It’s easier to watch that way lol
Also helps to keep my expectations for Naz and NAW low. Naz will never be 80% KAT, on offense or rebounding or defense because he isn’t consistent enough. For the majority of the playoffs, he was not playing well besides some very impactful short 5-6 minute stretches in ~4 of the 16 playoff games. So “not consistent” isn’t even the right description, “primarily bad to mediocre but can takeover a game in moments” is the better description. This type of player is a great 6th man but not a starter. NAW was inconsistent in the playoffs as well.
I love them but that’s what I’ve noticed and expecting more is asking for disappointment imo. They are role players for a reason.
Honestly… Dilly needs more minutes, the guy has been playing against taller players his whole life… He knows how to score against anyone.
I think we also need to inject tsj into rotation, I really think he can contribute.
We need to bring in high energy guys and get the vibes going again.
Dillingham is the high IQ missing piece. The guy hits open players and hustles
