Blues Head Coach Jim Montgomery spoke to the team after his first win behind the bench – a 5-2 victory against the NY Rangers – at Madison Square Garden.

  1. Hopefully Monty does extremely well, he deserved better than what he got. I also hope him doing well is finally enough to get sweeney and neeley fired. Those clowns have fired 3 jack adams winners in the past 7 years. They're on their 4th coach now. The jacobs must be terrible at math because the common denominator is pretty obvious.

  2. I'm definitely excited about Monty, but didn't want to get too far ahead of myself. This is a young team that's gonna get younger and has a lot of work to do, but if this video didn't make you pumped for what's to come then you shouldn't be a hockey fan. The team looked engaged and, as Monty reiterated numerous times, they played for each other, all night. To see the way they were with each other in this video makes me think there may be something special brewing in St. Louis.
