This almost traumatized me.

  1. Can’t believe I witnessed this man play with us in person. Somehow his commentary is even worse

  2. Such a weird year lmao

We go up, up, up with Smith; we trade for Clinton-Dix; Smith dies. McCoy plays ok, then he dies.

Sanchez comes in, then the team dies against the Giants. At least Josh Johnson was entertaining?

  3. Remember Mark Sanchez’s rookie year? Looked like he was going to finally turn the Jets around, man was that short lived

  4. Such an awful QB. Really highlights how dark some times got for us. Remember that Spongebob episode of Rock Bottom?

  5. There is a lot of pain & humiliation in our past with this team. This is the first season in a looooong time I felt even a bit of hope or enthusiasm.

  6. I’ll never forget Giants week 8 of this season where Adrian Peterson ran 64 yards to score. He had two touchdowns in that game

  7. God help me the Giants game with him as the starter was the first game I took my wife to. We are still together, and she has gone to other games with me since. I think she might need to be evaluated.

  8. When hes on tv, maybe its forced perspective or sonething, his hands look comically gigantic. Also he sucked real bad as a qb.

  9. We were the last team to sign him, he stunk it up against the giants, and for some reason he always shit talks us when he’s commenting on our games? Fuck him.

  10. People forget he was pretty functional on those Rex Ryan Jets teams that went to AFC Championships. I’m not saying he was good, but he was good enough on those squads. His starting for us years later was a sad joke in a long line of sad QB jokes, though.

  11. seeing things like this is why i absolutely appreciate everything that has transpired over the last few years. with dan selling josh taking over. getting AP/DQ and JD and starting off 7-2, even losing 3 in a row. I realize we will never have to deal with what we dealt with as a fan base for almost 30 years. and its why i feel so bad for teams like the raiders and bears and titans who have had proud times as franchises and now are just bad.

  12. I have nightmares about seeing this man play. That game against the Giants he had the next week may be the worst QB performance I’ve ever seen a Washington QB have. And that is saying something

  13. instead of a body-bag game for QB’s , we had a body-bag season. anybody with a pulse before it was all over.

  14. Insane how the years go by. That season started on such a high starting 6-3 going in to that game vs. Houston at home. Who knew back then that it would change the trajectory of the franchise forever.
